Tour the 2026 Designer Show House - Foundry Manor - before any work is done by designers! Enjoy envisioning just what paint, color and other changes will be there when you return for a House Tour! Hours - 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Your entry ticket includes complimentary appetizers and wine.
Ticket purchase is for one admittance on March 1, 2026. For online purchases - present your email payment confirmation for access to the Bare Bones Event. No tickets will be mailed or emailed - just register at the door when you arrive. Tickets can also be purchased at the ticket booth located at the front of the house.
Parking - NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON-SITE - Parking is available in Bellona Arsenal Farms, 3816 Old Gun Road West, Midlothian, VA 23113. Follow Show House signage toward Bellona Arsenal. Shuttle service is provided to the Show House starting at 3 p.m. The final shuttle leaves the Show House at closing.
The House, Shuttle Bus and Grounds are not Accessible for Customers with limited mobility. No children under 8, please. Low Heels, Flats Only in the House. Note-All Sales are Final.
Proof of age is required for alcoholic beverages.
