The Richmond Symphony League would like to thank all of our Talented Designers, Volunteers, Sponsors and Everyone that bought tickets on helping to ensure a very successful 2026 Designer Show House - Foundry Manor!

This custom designed home, built in 1987, is located at 3937 Old Gun Road West in the historic Bellona Arsenal neighborhood. The home spans 8,003 square feet and includes five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and sits on 25 beautifully landscaped acres overlooking the James River.  A large number of patrons were able to view and appreciate the results of our talented interior and exterior designers' transformation of this premier property to raise funds for the Richmond Symphony.  Check out all of the Social Media posts!

The 2026 Designer Show House was open to the public from April 14 through May 10, 2026.  We had mostly great weather (though a bit cold some days) and welcomed a large number of visitors.  Out last day, Sunday, May 10th was Mother's Day where we had a number of attendees come, enjoy the great weather and the fabulous interior and exterior of our Designer Show House.

Thanks to Susan Morgan, the Managing Editor of R*Home magazine for hosting several well attended special events - an exclusive look at the house and grounds before it opened to the public, Panel Discussions-Interior Inspirations and a special look at the outdoor living spaces and outside design.

We would also like to thank the many Groups and Businesses that brought their clients or members to Tour the House and enjoy the grounds.  What a fun time we had with a Designer Group from New Orleans!

RSL is thankful for a donation made to the 2026 Designer House in honor of The Branch Museum of Design. The Branch Museum is proud to support the Richmond Symphony League’s 2026 Designer House. As Virginia’s only design museum, The Branch champions work that shifts perspectives and re-imagines design’s role in shaping culture, connecting audiences to the power of design through exhibitions, programs, and partnerships that resonate both locally and beyond.
